LCP CONTROL PANNEL

Fully automatic in operation and requiring no action LCP Control Panel is pneumatically operated by the service gas on pressure differential basis and needs no electrical supply to operate. It will continue to function therefore, should there be failure in electrical supply.

It is equipped with a shuttle valve and takes on automatically from empty cylinder bank to full cylinder bank.

The panel is enclosed in a metal cabinet with a hinged front cover. The cover is fitted with a lock to prevent unauthorized access, and can be swung open for maintenance.

A visual indication of the manifolds is provided by the three gauges within the control panel, clearly visible to through the transferred cover, these gauges indicates the pressure of right and left hand cylinder banks and the supply pressure from the control panel to the distribution system

The panel is supplied with sensing facilities to provide visual signals and other ancillary services.

In addition the panel is fitted with audio alarm indication for change over from empty cylinder bank to filled cylinder bank.

Mox regulator

We offer compressed medical gas regulator that comes in both single stage and double stage versions. These compressed medical gas regulator are directly mounted on the cylinder valve outlet, or on oxygen therapy and anesthetic apparatus to minimize high cylinder pressure and to maintain consistency.

Features:

• It has an integrated high quality color coded pressure gauge for both cylinder and outlet pressure of (0-250) and (0-16) kg/cm2.
• The regulator also consists of high tensile brass forged main body, bonnet and components of extruded brass rod.
• A qualitative rubber diaphragm and pin valve seat ensures efficient regulator performance.
• An inbuilt safety valve prevents chances of a high pressure build up in the regulator.

   A.THE APARATUS :

     Tubular Rigid Steel section duly powder coated with rear system wheel. Sufficient space provided  at the top  level of  Lower Drawer along with  Guarded Table  Top Steel  Tray. Top Tray provided at eye level for keeping Monitoring Equipments. Four antistatic Castor wheels with brake have been fitted for easy mobility.

    B. ATTACHMENT :

    -i) Rotameters:     230 mm long accurately Calibrated Rotating  Bobbing Flowmeters.

                                Oxygen : 100 ml / min to 8 LPM    &       Nitrous Oxide : 200ml / min to 12 LPM

     -ii) Ether:   Eather  vaporizer with Bottle (50 cc to 300 cc) supplied as standard  accessories. Goldman vaporizer may be provided as per customer’s  choice.

    -iii) Non-Return-cum-Pressure Relief valve:   Blow off excess pressure in the circuit. Release pressure 100 CM H2O+10% , H2O-10%.

    -iv) Change over  Unit:  Emergency oxygen  Flush Button  is provided at table Top Level on the front . flow range 35 LPM calibrated to 60 PSI (+5,-5) 

     -v) Regulator:     2 No's Nitrous Oxide Regulator (cut off facility) & 2 No's Oxygen Preset Regulator, been provided  with 2 No's Nitrous Oxide & 2 No's Oxygen pressure gauge(2.5” ф) fixed on bend gauge post. 

         -iv) Alarm:    Oxy failure alarm, if flow of oxygen (02) goes flow below 2.5 LPM
